Policies

Clients are asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you may be charged 50% of the service cost. Exceptions for late cancellations may be made at our discretion for emergencies or sickness with a valid medical note.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment to allow time for paperwork and intake process!

 

Missing an appointment without proper notice may result in a no-show fee of 100% of the booked service cost.

 

Gift certificate appointments that result in a no-show will forfeit the value of that session.

 

Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation and therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice. Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.
