​Hi! My name is Jeanie Sweitzer and I'm a Registered Massage Practitioner. I am excited to offer appointments at the office of Massage & Bodywork in McHenry, Maryland!

I graduated from Laurel Business Institute in Morgantown, WV in 2018. Having worked as a caregiver for many years prior to that, my goal as a massage therapist has always been to carefully listen to each client's requests. Each session should be tailored to the individual client and their specific needs at the time. Many of my sessions are a combination of different types of massage, mainly swedish/relaxation and deep tissue/therapeutic. I am also certified in prenatal massage.

I believe massage therapy is a vital part of self care and has many benefits when received regularly! It has been scientifically proven to help with muscle recovery, improve circulation, reduce chronic pain, improve quality of sleep, and so much more!
